Orifice Plate (OP)Orifice Plate (OP) is a key differential pressure flow element widely used in pipeline systems to measure the flow rate of liquid, gas and steam. It is usually installed together with Orifice Flanges (OF) to form a complete flow metering unit.Materials Available materials include carbon steel (A105, 20#, Q235B), alloy steel (16Mn, F11, F22, 15CrMo), stainless steel (304, 316L, 321, 2205) and special alloys (Monel, Hastelloy, titanium), suitable for various medium, temperature and pressure working conditions.Standards Manufactured in strict accordance with international and national standards: International Standard: ISO 5167 American Standard: ASME B16.36, API German Standard: DIN 28403 European Standard: EN ISO 5167 Japanese Standard: JIS B2001 Chinese Standard: GB/T 2624, HG/T 20592, HG/T 20615 Technology & Types Adopting precision CNC machining, laser cutting and fine grinding to ensure high-precision bore diameter and sharp edge structure. Main types: concentric orifice plate, eccentric orifice plate and segmental orifice plate, featuring stable performance and high measurement accuracy.Pressure Ratings Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500; PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, applicable for low, medium and high pressure piping systems.Applications Widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, power plant, metallurgy, water supply & drainage, HVAC and other industries for accurate flow measurement and throttling control of various fluids.
